' The right people are our greatest resource'

 The correctly trained staff = happy customers!

It's as easy as that isn't it? Hmm ... well it should be.　

There will be businesses today that will lose a sale, a customer and all of the profit opportunities that go with it.  This may be down to a shortage of staff or more importantly a shortage of correctly trained staff, because a member of staff that has not been trained, coached and correctly motivated is actually a liability not an asset.

So something has to change ... doesn't it?

It would be easy to wave a magic wand and make it all better, unfortunately they don't exist, however what does exist is the opportunity to coach, train and develop your staff so they will be your greatest resource.

The more they learn the more they will earn.  This statement is true for all areas of your business, the more you train your staff members the more they will preach greats sales, service and aftercare to your customers.

So look around you today and ask yourself one very important question.  'Have I got the right people and are they trained how they should be?'

If you answer Yes, then well done and keep up the great work in coaching and motivating your staff.
